Guernsey Flowers are a small independent florist that originally started on the isle of Guernsey before moving its operations to the Midlands when the business outgrew its spiritual home.
But, as the business grew, it started to stall. With an older customer base and no social media, their main source of repeat custom was email. But with open rates at 20% and a strategy built around discounts, they were not optimised to succeed.
