BOOT SEQUENCE comprises a series of 512 digital abstracts, influenced by items as various as the loading screen of Atari video games, the fabric on UK public transport, and airport carpets.

This collection slots in prior to the first piece in the DEVOID collection, acting as a kind of prequel. It references several aspects of the DEVOID ‘look’, whilst also creating pieces that can exist as large scale pieces of abstract expressionist art, where instead of a paint brush, pixels, artefacts, glitching, errors and repeats are the tools by which each piece is composed.
